Assessing Cultural Fit

The Harvard Business Review article referenced below provides some instruction on how candidates can ensure they are assessing their own cultural fit with a hiring organization.  Conversely, how can hiring organizations ensure that candidates will have a cultural fit with them?

The Drake P3 assessment tool has a validated method for measuring a candidate’s cultural fit with the hiring organization.  Drake P3 looks at the attributes of top performers in specific roles in your organization, compares a candidate’s profile to the  top performer Job Profile, and assigns a benchmark score to assess a candidate’s cultural fit.  The calculations are proprietary, but they are unique to the individual candidate, the job, and the organization.
